I am beyond excited to share the news with you that Zuri Rose's newest retailer is FAO Schwarz, the world's largest toy store!! This is an absolute dream and I couldn't help but share my excitement with you before the announcement goes live at noon.
This is such an incredible opportunity and so validating to see my hard work paying off. The fact that I've been able to secure this placement without a distributor is unbelievable!!

Hello all!
Its been a while but I wanted to pop in with two updates.
As promised, I have selected a school to receive the book donation. Crispus Attucks Elementary School, P.S. 21, is a school based in Bedstuy, Brooklyn. I’ll be hand delivering copies of The Wonderful World of Zuri Rose and I couldn’t be more excited. Thank you again to those of you who nominated a school.
Also, if you’re in the BK/NYC area and want to brave the cold, please join me, tomorrow, at Greenlight bookstore for my first, in person, book reading.

Hello All!
I am excited to report that I am nearing the end of my Kickstarter fulfillment.
I am humbled by all of the kind messages about the book as well as the packaging. Special thanks to all of you who did an unboxing video! That has truly been a highlight for me 💗
Also, I’d like to acknowledge my amazing family and friends (Jason, Cecil, Rose, Paulina, Marisa, Danielle, Junior and Edwina), who helped me send out close to 1,000 books!! Over 500 books were hand-wrapped in tissue paper by my 90 year old grandmother. What a blessing!
In addition, I just launched my new website. Please feel free to leave a review of the book. Also, If you know anyone who might like the book, I would be so appreciative if you shared it with them. I’ll be launching a new Zuri Rose product for the holidays so please stay tuned for that 🌸🎀💗

I’m checking in with some updates.
First off, I just completed my first batch of shipments. YAY!!!
Some of you may have received a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven’t, then your order will be in the next batch. Please double check to ensure that you provided your mailing address. I can’t mail your order without it. In addition, please make sure that your payment methods are correct.
I am still exploring the most cost effective shipping option for international backers. I will reach out to you individually once I have an update. I appreciate your patience.
Unfortunately, my stationery arrived damaged. For those who ordered the stationery set, I will include another item, of equal value, in its place.

I couldn’t be happier to share that the books made it through customs and are now in my possession!! All 4,000 copies 😳🤗
I celebrated my birthday this week by fulfilling my first few wholesale orders. I will officially begin fulfillment next week so please keep an eye out for tracking info.
